Joel
Richardson is proudly sponsored by:
As
a Professional Angler and Guide, I rely heavily on my equipment
to ensure a successful day on the water. I have used a wide
variety of rods, reels, lures and accessories. I have
learned over the years that if you want to be the best, you need
to use the best gear. Listed below are my sponsors and I can
guarantee you that I personally believe that each one of them
supplies only the very best products for today's angler, whether
novice or seasoned pro. Having high quality equipment allows me
to focus on finding and catching fish instead of having to fix
problems. Belief in my gear has resulted in my having more
confidence when I hit the water. I hope that you find their
products as rewarding to use as I have. If you have any
questions about the products I use ask and I will do my best to
answer them. Joel toured on the national tours for over 11
years.

Ranger:
Long a leader in the fishing industry and the
largest supporter of tournaments nationwide, Ranger has been a
sponsor of mine for several years now. It would be very
difficult for me to pursue my dream without them. The Z-20
series is my favorite model because it offers a great hole shot
and top end speed. It fishes better than any boat that I have
ever seen in super shallow water
ANGLER'S
CHOICE

Bobcat's:
Bobcat's offers the largest selection of
lures, on the east coast. If you can't find it here they don't
make it. Bobby Whitlow and his staff are very friendly. They
will go that extra mile to assist your needs. If you are ever in
the Clarksville, VA area stop by. Not only are they up on the
latest tackle, but they also know what most species of fish are
doing and can make for a better day on the water.

Joel now guides full time in the North Carolina and Virginia
area. He will help you learn the tricks and tips that have made him
a prominent angler on the national tours.
Kerr Lake, known locally as Bugg's Island, is one of Joel's
favorite waters to fish. The brand new Randleman Reservoir is
producing huge catches and fast moving to one of the best lakes on
the East Coast.
